AI business automation

Use AI for the work it can actually help with.

I help business owners find practical uses for AI without turning the whole business into an AI experiment. The starting point is a real task: answering common questions, organizing an enquiry, drafting a follow-up, or giving staff better context. The technology comes after the business need.

    Let's talk about your business

    Who I can help

This is for an established owner or operator with repetitive work, missed follow-ups, or customer questions that consume time. It is also for a founder who needs to understand where automation belongs before choosing another subscription.

I work with entrepreneurs and business owners in New Jersey, New York City, and remotely.

    What the work can include

Choose useful tasks, not impressive demos

I review how work happens today, what information is available, and what could go wrong. Some tasks need a simple workflow rather than AI. Others should remain with a person because they require judgment, sensitive information, or accountability.

    Assistants and connected workflows

An agreed build can include a customer-facing assistant, enquiry analysis, follow-up drafts, or connections between a website and a sales workflow. The exact features depend on the tools, permissions, and information the business can reliably provide.

    Human review and clear boundaries

I work through what the system can say, when it should hand off, and who reviews important outputs. Deliverables can include the workflow, configured system, test scenarios, and operating guidance. Third-party usage costs and maintenance needs are discussed separately.

    Working together

A practical path through the work.

    1. 01

Identify a specific bottleneck and decide how to judge whether a proposed automation is useful.

    2. 02

Map the information, tool access, review points, and limits before building.

    3. 03

Build a focused workflow and test ordinary enquiries, missing information, and cases that should be handed to a person.

    4. 04

Review outputs together and agree on ownership, monitoring, and changes before expanding the scope.

    Relevant work, not hypothetical examples.

    Questions before we talk

Do I need AI, or just better processes?

Possibly the latter. I start with the work and its constraints. If a straightforward process or automation is enough, I do not add AI just to make the project sound more advanced.

Can AI respond to customers without review?

That depends on the task and risk. I define boundaries and escalation points, and recommend human review where an incorrect response could create problems. AI output is not assumed to be reliable simply because it sounds confident.

Can you connect to tools I already use?

I review the tools and their integration options before agreeing a scope. Access, vendor limitations, data quality, and subscription requirements can affect what is practical.

    Will automation replace my staff?

My focus is on supporting people with repetitive tasks and better information. Staffing decisions are yours; I do not sell a promise that software can replace the relationships and judgment a business depends on.
