CRM & business systems

Keep the next customer step from getting lost.

I help small businesses organize the work between a new enquiry and an ongoing customer relationship. A CRM should make the next action easier to see—not become another place to copy information. I start with how you sell and serve, then shape the system around that.

    Let's talk about your business

    Who I can help

This is for owners managing leads through spreadsheets, inboxes, and memory; teams with unclear handoffs; or businesses paying for a CRM that nobody finds useful. You do not need a large sales team to benefit from a clearer process.

I work with entrepreneurs and business owners in New Jersey, New York City, and remotely.

    What the work can include

A pipeline that reflects your business

I map enquiry sources, sales stages, required information, and follow-up responsibilities. I work with you on what should happen next and which details a person needs at each stage.

    Useful tools and connections

Depending on scope, the work can include pipeline setup, a lead registry, reminders, customer notes, reporting, or links to website enquiries and existing tools. I assess configuration and integration options before suggesting a custom build.

    A system people can operate

Deliverables can include a documented workflow, configured or custom system, agreed fields and stages, and practical handover guidance. Data migration and automation are separate scoping decisions, not assumptions hidden inside the build.

    Working together

A practical path through the work.

    1. 01

Walk through a real enquiry from first contact to follow-up and identify the places where information is lost.

    2. 02

Agree on stages, ownership, essential fields, and the tools that should hold the information.

    3. 03

Configure or build the scoped workflow and test it with representative records and handoff situations.

    4. 04

Review usability with the people doing the work and clarify maintenance, permissions, and next improvements.

    Relevant work, not hypothetical examples.

    Questions before we talk

Do you only build custom CRMs?

No. I look at whether your current tools or a configured system can do the job before proposing custom development. The right choice depends on the workflow, budget, and maintenance needs.

Can you move our existing customer data?

I review the source data, quality, permissions, and destination before agreeing to migration work. Backups, field mapping, and testing should be part of an agreed migration scope.

What if my team doesn't use the current CRM?

I want to understand why. Unnecessary fields, unclear responsibilities, and duplicate work can make a tool difficult to use. A process review may be more valuable than buying another system.

How is this different from AI automation?

CRM work establishes the records, stages, and responsibilities that support customer relationships. AI or automation can assist particular tasks, but they do not replace that underlying structure.
